ZeroParse Statements

ZeroParse Statements turns bank and credit card statements into clean, categorized transactions, ready for Excel, CSV, QuickBooks (.QBO) or Xero. Checked, not trusted. After extraction, every statement is compared with the figures it prints about itself: opening and closing balances, column totals, or the running balance beside each row. When they match, it says so. When they don't, it shows exactly which figures disagree and, where it can, which row the difference starts at. When a statement prints nothing to check against, it says that too. No AI. Extraction is deterministic and rule-based: the PDF's own text layer, or OCR for scanned statements, plus layout analysis and pattern matching. There are no AI or LLM models anywhere in the pipeline, so the same statement always gives the same result. Private by design. CSV, Excel and OFX files are read in your browser and never uploaded. PDFs are processed in memory and destroyed when extraction finishes; they're never written to disk. Your documents are never used to train a model. Built for bookkeepers and accountants: drop a year of statements at once and get one combined table, fix any cell before exporting, add your own categorization rules, reconcile a statement against a QuickBooks or Xero ledger export, and build a year-end workbook or a lender's cash-flow summary. Firm accounts can send clients an encrypted upload link. Published benchmark: 83 real bank statements, 77 of which reconcile completely (93%), with the rest published too. Start free: 50 PDF credits when you sign up, no card required. CSV, Excel and OFX are always free.

ZiaSign

ZiaSign is an AI-native enterprise document intelligence platform that brings AI-assisted document analysis, contract lifecycle management, and electronic signatures into one connected workspace. Designed for legal, procurement, finance, HR, and operations teams, its three pillars connect document understanding, agreement coordination, and signing records. AI assistance supports summaries and extraction for human review, not legal advice or autonomous approval. Enterprise evaluations should confirm supported workflows, permissions, integrations, data handling, volumes, and support requirements against current evidence. Availability and limits depend on the plan and configuration. Teams can evaluate document preparation, review responsibilities, signing steps, and retained records before deciding on rollout. ZiaSign also includes 118 public PDF tools (40 usable without an account) and a free plan; current allowances are published at ziasign.com/pricing.

  Sureparser

SureParser is an AI document parser and intelligent document processing platform that converts unstructured PDFs, images, scanned files, and multi-document packets into structured, usable business data. With one configurable workflow, teams can upload documents, identify document structure, classify and split mixed files, extract schema-based data, validate results, route exceptions for human review, and deliver structured JSON to existing systems through APIs and webhooks. SureParser combines multimodal AI data extraction with field-level confidence scores and bounding box citations, helping teams review uncertain results and maintain traceability from extracted data back to the source document. Its workflow builder supports conditional routing, external API validation, output merging, translation, human-in-the-loop review, and version-controlled production workflows. Business teams can configure document workflows through a no-code console, while developers can integrate document parsing and extraction directly into their applications using APIs. SureParser supports use cases such as KYC and customer onboarding, loan underwriting, insurance claims, invoice processing, bank statement analysis, resume parsing, employee onboarding, and logistics document automation. By replacing repetitive manual data entry with configurable, audit-ready document workflows, SureParser helps organizations process complex documents more efficiently, reduce operational effort, and move extracted data into downstream systems faster.
