Yes, customization can be done in two ways.
1) We have an upvote system built into ServiceBox where people can suggest new features and vote on the suggestions of others. If enough people vote for a suggestion, our developers will create it and add it to the system for free.
2) If companies have a unique feature that only they want, they can pay to have that function built and added to their site only. The development team will create a price based on the number of man-hours they estimate the build will take.

ServiceBox is one of the easiest scheduling/dispatching systems in the contemporary workforce. The administrators have a master calendar where each employee has a column. The admin clicks on a work order and drags it into the correct time slot on the employee’s column. That’s it. That single action creates the event on the calendar, and also automatically sends the dispatch info (work order/location/time) to the employee’s phone.
