Corpus
Corpus is private AI search over your organization's own documents, with every answer cited to the document and page (retrieval-augmented generation). Ask in plain words and it answers from your reports, contracts, specifications, drawings and scanned PDFs, linking each claim to the page behind it. When your documents don't hold the answer, it says "Nothing on file" instead of guessing. People see only what their role allows. Engineering firms are the first worked example: bid/no-go research on a new RFQ, statement-of-qualifications drafts with page citations, suggested key staff from past project records, fee build-ups from past bid tabs, and contract review against the firm's own playbook. The same search fits law, insurance, accounting, property and public work. A person checks every draft. Corpus uses an open-weight model and no public AI API, and runs on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or your own servers. During setup it connects to where your files live, such as SharePoint, network drives or ProjectWise, and to Microsoft Teams if you want it there. Pricing: a $5,000 fixed-price pilot on one real project; full deployment from $21,000 setup, then $1,500-$2,000 per month, with no per-user fees.
