AviChat Inc. Reviews & Product Details

What Is AviChat Inc.? AviChat gives union members instant, cited answers from their own collective agreement. Members type a question in plain language — overtime rules, scheduling, seniority, grievance timelines — and get the answer with the exact article and section cited. Because AviChat is built only on your union's agreements, it won't improvise: out-of-scope questions are declined, never guessed at. The platform is union-side by design: employers have no access, individual member lookups are impossible, and data stays in Canada or the US. Leadership sees anonymized topic trends to inform bargaining priorities. Each deployment is custom-built from your agreement in 3–4 weeks with officer sign-off, and members access it on web, iOS, and Android. One annual subscription covers your whole membership — no per-question fees. Stewards and business agents field fewer repetitive calls; members get accurate answers any time of day. Who Uses AviChat Inc.? Labor unions in Canada and the US — locals, national unions, and federations. Bought by presidents and business agents; used by stewards and members. Fits aviation, healthcare, and public sector. Learn more about contracts, member questions and steward workload at avichat.ca/resources/bulletin
