Question on: Petpooja POSS
[Is it possible to make raw material individual% wise yield](/discussions/49757-is-it-possible-to-make-raw-material-individual-wise-yield)

you can use seprate coulmn for yield %, individual raw material which can reflect you cost yeild wise..

Yes you can add yield percentage for individual raw materials upon conversion. Suppose you inward 1 KG of onions but you only get 900 grams of yield. In that case there is an option of inputting yield of 90%.

Answered: Shivani Daad on April 7, 2021

Yes You can do it in inventory section of raw material management

[What are the top cloud kitchen management platforms for independent restaurant chains managing 20 or more locations across multiple delivery apps?](/discussions/what-are-the-top-cloud-kitchen-management-platforms-for-independent-restaurant-chains-managing-20-or-more-locations-across-multiple-delivery-apps)

I'd start with [**Restroworks Cloud Kitchen Management**](https://www.g2.com/products/restroworks-cloud-kitchen-management/reviews) for chains at this scale, and the review base backs that read: 400 reviews, a 4.8/5 rating, and reviewer language specifically about managing multi-brand operations from one system plus a long list of named delivery integrations. Here's how the field looks for [cloud kitchen management software](https://www.g2.com/categories/cloud-kitchen-management) at the 20-plus-location scale:

1. [**Restroworks Cloud Kitchen Management**](https://www.g2.com/products/restroworks-cloud-kitchen-management/reviews): strongest multi-brand and multi-integration evidence, plus a reliability track record (one reviewer cited seven years of use with no missing orders).
2. [**Petpooja POSS**](https://www.g2.com/products/petpooja-poss/reviews): strong order-consolidation evidence across delivery apps and in-store, and the vendor's own description cites powering over 100,000 outlets, though most individual reviews I pulled come from small-business-size operators rather than 20-plus-location chains specifically.
3. [**UrbanPiper**](https://www.g2.com/products/urbanpiper/reviews): has genuine Enterprise-segment reviewers and a unified aggregator dashboard, though the review base is older (nothing since mid-2024) and includes complaints about slow support turnaround on integration errors.

No reviewer in any of the three explicitly frames their answer around a 20-plus-location count, so this is scaled from segment mix and stated use cases rather than a direct match.

For chains actually operating at that scale, did one of these hold together better as you added locations, or did you end up patching gaps with a separate tool?

Honestly at 20+ locations the priorities shift to central control and consistency, and Restroworks is the one reviewers tie to multi-location scale, running every kitchen from one screen and reusing a proven setup as you add outlets. UrbanPiper is worth pairing in the conversation since reviewers use its single dashboard to manage aggregator and in-house orders across a network. Petpooja reviewers also mention reusing the same system and menu when opening new outlets. The honest caveats at scale: watch the aggregator-sync-at-peak issue multiplied across many outlets, and UrbanPiper reviewers flagged support RCA being slow, which stings more when 20 sites depend on it. For a chain that size I'd weight central menu control and support SLAs heavily. Which delivery apps and how many brands per location?

[Restroworks Cloud Kitchen Management vs Petpooja POSS: which is better for consolidating delivery app orders in a cloud kitchen?](/discussions/restroworks-cloud-kitchen-management-vs-petpooja-poss-which-is-better-for-consolidating-delivery-app-orders-in-a-cloud-kitchen)

Both have real, comparable evidence here, so this one's closer than most head-to-heads I've looked at:

- [**Restroworks Cloud Kitchen Management**](https://www.g2.com/products/restroworks-cloud-kitchen-management/reviews) (4.8/5, 400 reviews): a small-business administrator praised it as "a great solution to manage multi brand operations from a single system," and another reviewer listed Swiggy, Zomato, Rapido, and Magicpin all working together out of the box. It also keeps accepting orders during POS or internet outages, per one manager.
- [**Petpooja POSS**](https://www.g2.com/products/petpooja-poss/reviews) (4.7/5, 289 reviews): one founder said "managing Swiggy, Zomato, and in-store orders from one place reduces confusion and keeps everything organized," and menu updates sync with "negligible" failures. The catch is that the same order-consolidation strength gets a bit shakier during peak hours, where a different reviewer reported sync delays specifically on online order integrations.

So: if uptime during outages and breadth of named integrations matter most, Restroworks has the edge in the evidence. If in-store and delivery order consolidation into one screen is the priority and peak-hour sync hiccups are tolerable, Petpooja's evidence supports that use case just as directly.

For anyone who's run both, which one actually held up better once order volume spiked?

Oh these two are close competitors here, but with slightly different centers of gravity. Restroworks leans cloud-kitchen-first, reviewers highlight managing multiple brands and kitchens from one screen and pulling all aggregator orders into one place with auto-accept, so for a pure ghost-kitchen consolidating apps it fits naturally. Petpooja is POS-first and restaurant-focused, reviewers love how it brings Swiggy, Zomato, dine-in and takeaway into one intuitive system with fast offline billing and quick ROI. Honest common thread: both have reviewers noting aggregator sync can lag at peak. So for a delivery-only cloud kitchen, Restroworks is squarely aimed at you; if you also run dine-in or want the cheapest solid POS, Petpooja is strong. Are you delivery-only or mixed format?
