I wanted to know what other tools would a RPA enthusiast use instead of Blue Prism and most particularly why? Is it the cost benefit or support or learning.

how to screen an eligible complex project for automation and the first steps of design is the most difficult, there is an efficient approch for that ?

With more standardization, it will be much easier to switch from one RPA tool to another
