# We're creating an bot for hotels see description

So basically I need that if a user book hotel room then using ui path how can i send them email of confirmation with there name and email automatically

You don't have anywhere near enough detail in here for a real answer.

Basically you need to determine how a user can tell if a hotel room is booked, then you need to convert that message/notification into a format that UI Path can read, then based on the content of that notification you will send your own email.

The goal of UI Path is to replicate steps being followed by someone, so start by sitting with the person who's job it is and ask them how they do it, and go from there.

UI Path Academy should have the resources to help you with the foundational aspects.
