Why is this not being able to get to the full marks even though I am filling out every section you have. plus this is a ridiculously long survey to only get $10 but I am 96% done so now I am committed to getting it

Right now HubSpot only gives me 11am or 5pm as recommended times, and we do not have enough data on our follower to create our own posting times. Is it possible to do analysis on when to post socials?

Not having this doesn't allow me to schedule posts.
