How to enable/ perform case-sensitive search in Flare?

I am using Madcap Flare at my workplace. However I do not find *Find & Replace* tool in Flare that helpful as it is not case-sensitive. Is there any way to perform case-sensitive search in Flare? It is urgently needed for me to get my task done. Thanks in advance!
