I need some complex examples like running a cron job to get data from a https service continuously every 5 minutes so how a stack should be set up? will redis cache help in such kind of transaction data?

If postman can provide the features which are yet to come or incorporating the features recommended by users then it might be useful for the users and improves client-customer relationship.

Is there a good way to keep API keys secret / not synced with postman cloud ? I usually store them in environment variables in postman
