A Strong, User-Friendly Platform with Great Support. Excited for Continued Improvements.
There are a few key things that stand out to me since I began working with the Zype product. First is the user interface, it's user-friendly, making it easy to build and refine different sections of our app. Second is the excellent communication between our team and Zype’s support staff. Whenever we encounter an issue or propose new feature ideas, they are consistently responsive, attentive, and receptive to our feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Easy Drag-and-Drop Playout and Robust Content Library with Zype
Is is fairly easy to use, alot of drag and drop features for playout, and easy automation with dynamic blocks. Zype library is easy to use and can hold very large amounts of content. Analytics are detailed as well. Tickets are responded to quickly. And our Account Manager is awesome and he is very responsive to our communications.
