YCBM has great features that make setting up a meeting painless. I am such a fan of the feature that allows me to share one link with many people so I can set up a conversation with them at an event. Even complex processes such as automated messaging after a meeting is booked can be customized by the user. And, if the user doesn't want to get into these specifics, they can just use what's built in which will have more than enough for those scheduling the meetings with them. Excellent product all around. Very customizable. Ideal for conferences, which I occasionally attend.
