What I love about YCBM is the ability to customize so many of the bookings. It is easy to update and change the cadence of notifications, use shortcodes to customize the experience and replicate this for other calls. Whenever I cannot figure something out, I reach out to the team and receive a prompt response.

The tutorials are short and informative. When I did need to talk to a representative it was easy to get a hold of someone and they answered my question promptly.

It is very easy to use and allows me to customize the website to my liking. I also love that the software can automate tasks like accepting payments and sending appointment reminders. This saves me a lot of time.
