Not only is the software/integration really simple to setup and connect to Shopify stores, but the customer service and support we get from our account manager takes all the complexity of US sales tax and allows us to make quick and informed decisions. We were trying to do it all ourself using Avalara, and it was a true nightmare. We had so many problems at Avalara and getting meaningful helpl was impossible. Yonda is a white glove, hands on service where you get a dedicated rep who manages your account. I absolutely love it. It requires very little from us. It is a fair price.
