I trust them completely with my sales tax, and they’ve made a complicated, overwhelming process feel simple and well-managed. **What do you dislike about Yonda Tax?** Honestly, there isn’t much I dislike about Yonda. The only small challenge has been that TikTok Shop isn’t fully integrated yet, so I have to manually upload reports each month. However, this isn’t really Yonda’s fault, TikTok’s system isn’t widely integrated with many platforms yet. I’m confident Yonda will support it as soon as it becomes available, just like they’ve done with everything else. **What problems is Yonda Tax solving and how is that benefiting you?** Yonda Tax is solving the complex problem of managing sales tax filings for my e-commerce business. Before working with them, my sales tax was filed incorrectly by another company, which led to unexpected bills and a lot of stress. Yonda not only helped me correct the past issues, but they also set up a streamlined, automated system that keeps my filings accurate and on time. Their ability to simplify the entire process, integrate with Shopify, provide clear templates for manual uploads (like with TikTok Shop), and manage communications with different states has taken a huge administrative burden off my plate. This has allowed me to focus more on growing my business instead of worrying about tax compliance. The idea of registering in all of these states and managing the remittance sounded like a nightmare. There are some programs you can do it yourself (such as TaxJar) but their reviews in the shopify app store were horrible and really scared me off. So we started looking for a managed service and came across Yonda. We have been using them for over a year now and cannot say enough good things. It has completely taken the stress of sales tax off my plate and it is priced competitively with SELF-SERVICE options like TaxJar. So there is basically no additional cost to have someone else do it for you. It is great. **What do you dislike about Yonda Tax?** There is nothing I do not like about Yonda. One minor annoyance I had at the beginning was that I had to take a picture of all the mail I received and send it to them, but now they offer a virtual mailbox that it can be sent to instead so i dont have to do that anymore. **What problems is Yonda Tax solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are helping me stay compliant with sales tax ### 4. Its a set it and forget it type of service for something that really is quite complicated. But because its complicated you want to have a level of personalization, checking in and making sure codes are correct and that we have done things correctly in our system. They offer excellent customer care and always follow up on any changes etc. TaxJar we never got that and Avatax I wouldnt go even close to with their insane pricing model. This is the best option for your buck for sales tax within the US. I cant speak for the UK as we do not use them for that option as of yet. ### 5. Not only is the software/integration really simple to setup and connect to Shopify stores, but the customer service and support we get from our account manager takes all the complexity of US sales tax and allows us to make quick and informed decisions. Compared to other solutions, it's the easiest, least clunky, and has some of the best customer support! Cannot recommend them enough. **What do you dislike about Yonda Tax?** I really cannot think of anything negative to say about our experience with Yonda. We were trying to do it all ourself using Avalara, and it was a true nightmare. We had so many problems at Avalara and getting meaningful helpl was impossible. Yonda is a white glove, hands on service where you get a dedicated rep who manages your account. I absolutely love it. It requires very little from us. It is a fair price. They are providing a great, and needed service, and I cannot recommend them enough! **What do you dislike about Yonda Tax?** Nothing!
