I mean, compared to other AI platforms I have tried, Grok is notoriously less "political" in a sense. A better way of saying it is less customer service/robot speak, so it does set itself up differently than other platforms.
In terms of UI/UX, it is very similar to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc. I think performance-wise it may be slightly slower, but I have only tried the free version. I believe the ROI you would experience would definitely be determined by how you use the platform and how good you are in your prompts,
