Most helpful is the real-time communication and shift management functionality. WorkJam was reasonable to implement and is easy to use, and offers a number of modules that can be customized to the individual company. In our case, we use almost every module offered; WorkJam has made great strides in the past few years to make sure that the modules "talk" to each other effortlessly to provide a seamless experience for the end user. In addition, their customer support is truly top-notch - when we have an issue, we know exactly who to ask, and if they can't solve it right away, they put us in touch with the people who can as quickly as possible. We haven't had that experience with other vendors, and it's appreciated. Most of our users log into WorkJam at least once a day and are able to connect with our internal communication messaging very quickly.

Super easy to communicate with my managers and HQ. All my tasks and audit are in one place, which saves a lot of back office time.
