Workforce has saved us significant manpower and cost across operations by streamlining approvals, reducing manual data entry, and giving managers clear visibility of hours and spend. I love that the software is constantly improving—new features and refinements continue to make it better and better for the end user. It’s hands down the best software we use across our business. Support is excellent, they are responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. Luis was absolutely wonderful in rolling out the product (early 2024) and is always there to help whenever we want to explore another feature. His support and guidance have made the process enjoyable. We are now planning to move onto Workforce Payroll in 2026, building on the strong results we’ve seen across the other areas of the platform.
