Daily Checks That Save Time and Keep Me Updated
The most useful feature for me is the daily checks. I use them to look for new software releases or changes in the rates on my account. Not having to keep a tab open and manually check every day is a huge time-saver.

Easy Change Tracking with Email Alerts and Clear Text Comparison
I like that it can be set up to send email notifications when there have been any changes made to a webpage. Also, the Text Comparison View makes it easy to see what has been added/removed from a competitors site instead of having to try and figure it out myself. It works good for checking on stuff as I am sitting at home in my recliner.

Customizable Web Monitoring — Easy Setup and Generous Free Plan
I like that not only can you enter a webpage, you can set it to execute some clicks to customize the webpage so that you get notifications on exactly what you're looking for. I haven't used any integrations with it so I can't speak to those. I didn't need any support during onboarding as I felt it was easy to set up. The free plan is quite generous, a lot of once a day checks can be run.
