One of the things I appreciate most about Vibefam is that it doesn't just handle bookings, it supports almost every part of running our studio. We use it daily to manage class bookings, private appointments, memberships, payments, and even ClassPass, so having everything connected saves us a lot of time. Setting up different package options has been straightforward and the booking website has been easy for our members to navigate without needing much guidance from our team. The local payment methods, especially FPX, have also made things much more convenient. We also make use of Group Bookings, which has worked well for members who want to share eligible packages with family or friends. They also have an automated email feature to distribute messages to a lot of members at once.
