Vibefam brings everything about studio operations into one place so it can actually run accurately no matter which location I'm teaching at. I like that I can check my class schedule straight from my phone, it's quick and I don't have to be at a computer to know what's coming up. The variety of classes we offer, including 1-on-1 training appointments, is all handled smoothly on the platform. It also didn't take long for me to get comfortable using it, the first time I logged in during onboarding, I was able to figure things out pretty quickly. Tracking attendance has been another plus, it's straightforward and saves me from having to do it manually. I've also started using the member review feature, which lets me see how members felt after a class, it's genuinely helpful for understanding what's working and where I can improve. And with the ClassPass integration, I haven't dealt with any overbooking problems, which gives me one less thing to worry about.

Scheduling and package management have been straightforward from day one, and the platform is easy for both our team and our members to use. Onboarding was smooth as well, the team guided us through each step, so we never felt like we had to figure everything out on our own. We also really appreciate the clean, intuitive interface, which makes day-to-day operations much easier. Since we’re based in Singapore, having local payment options like PayNow, GrabPay, and ShopBack has made checkout far more convenient for our members. Even though our website was built by another vendor, integrating Vibefam’s scheduling widget was seamless. The ClassPass integration has been reliable too, and we like how easily we can control how many slots are allocated between ClassPass and direct bookings.
