Vibefam has made it much easier for me to manage my day as an instructor. I can quickly check my upcoming classes, see who has booked each session, and mark attendance when members arrive. Our admin team also uses it to organise consultation sessions, which helps make the process smoother and more efficient. When I first joined the studio, the onboarding process was simple and easy to follow. The team walked me through the platform, and I became comfortable with it quite quickly because everything was clearly organised. I mostly use Vibefam on my phone, but it works just as well on my laptop. I also really appreciate that it syncs with both Google Calendar and Apple Calendar, which makes managing my schedule much more convenient.

We also launched our branded member app, which has made booking much smoother as our member base has grown. I also like that the team continues to release new features. The achievements feature has been a nice way to motivate members by showing their class streaks, and it's something our community has enjoyed.

One thing I really like about Vibefam is that I can check everything I need before class from one dashboard. I can see my schedule for the day, the list of members of the studio, and update attendance without any hassle. If there's an urgent change or someone needs to be moved around, it's easy to inform the admin and they'll update the booking while members automatically receive an email notification. The waitlist feature is another nice touch because available spots don't go to waste. Getting started was also easy. The studio team helped me during onboarding and the platform was intuitive enough that I picked it up quite quickly. Whether I'm using the mobile app or the web version, everything feels consistent and easy to navigate.
