Simple to Use and Great for Everyday Teaching
What I like most about Vibefam is how straightforward everything is. I can see my class schedule, check who's booked in, and mark attendance in just a few clicks. The booking website is also easy for members to use, so there are fewer questions about registrations or class bookings.
There’s class pass integration too and I can check which members booked from that platform. I also think the Achievements feature is a really nice addition because it creates a bit more engagement outside of class too. It can automatically create a creative Instagram Story that's ready to share, making it really easy for members to post their progress online.

It is a wholesome software whereby there is lock access, schedule. So it is very convenient to use one app for the entire gym

Polished Booking Site and Scheduling—Vibefam Streamlined Our Admin Work
One of the biggest improvements for us has been moving away from handling everything manually. Members can now book classes through a professional-looking booking website instead of messaging us one by one, which has taken a lot of pressure off our admin team. We also use Vibefam to manage our class schedule, instructor payroll. I like that the platform is in sync with ClassPass. The AI Website Builder is so useful. We were able to create a website that fits our branding without hiring a web designer and the end result looks polished and professional.
