One of the most important functions of the software is the online booking website. Members no longer have to message us just to ask about class availability or how to buy a membership. Moreover, we can check where these bookings come from (leads management), for example whether they booked it through ClassPass, WhatsApp, etc. They can check the schedule, book classes, and purchase packages themselves, which has significantly reduced the amount of admin work. We also run kids' classes, so having the family account feature has been really useful. Parents can manage their children's bookings without needing separate accounts. Another feature we've been happy with is the payment setup through Stripe. Our members can pay using local payment methods like PayNow, GrabPay, which makes the payment process much more convenient. There’s a method of VibePay as well that acts as a payment machine using our phone. We also use the ClassPass integration and it's worked smoothly alongside our Vibefam bookings without us needing to manage two separate systems. Having our own branded app on both the App Store and Google Play has also given our gym a more professional feel and makes it easier for members to book classes. We also really enjoy the review feature because members can give their comments after attending the class.

So far, Vibefam has been a genuinely solid platform to work with. Having everything under one dashboard makes managing class scheduling and member bookings a lot simpler. I also like being able to mark the members’ attendance in an intuitive design. And the member review feature has been a good way to hear directly from members after class, whether it's positive feedback or something I can work on. The learning curve was not steep because the interface is easy to use.

Vibefam has made managing our studio much easier. The course scheduling feature helps us organize both adult and kids’ classes seamlessly, while parents can easily book classes for their children through their own accounts. The custom registration form allows us to collect all the necessary member information before their first visit, and the attendance tracking feature has significantly reduced our monthly admin work. We’ve also started selling our branded merchandise, such as grip socks and knee pads, through the platform, creating an additional revenue stream.
