Using Vibefam for our swim school has been a good experience because the platform is simple and easy to navigate. The calendar is one of the most useful features, especially for viewing each teacher’s schedule across the day or week, which helps a lot with planning. It’s also straightforward for the admin team to handle attendance, and pulling reports, including payment reports, is fast and easy. Overall, the system feels clear and manageable, with only minor issues from time to time.

Vibefam has made our day-to-day operations much more efficient by centralizing bookings, scheduling, attendance, and class management in one platform. The system is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to view class schedules and manage attendance. One feature I particularly like is the schedule overview, which provides a clear snapshot of all classes and makes planning much more convenient. I also find the reviews feature valuable, as it allows us to gather student feedback on instructors and continuously improve the class experience. In addition, the reminder feature helps instructors stay organized by keeping track of their classes across multiple studio locations. Overall, Vibefam is a well-designed platform that has become an important part of our daily operations.
