FleetTend is equipment maintenance software for small crews that look after mowers, tractors, utility vehicles, trucks and compact equipment.
Each machine has equipment details, meter readings, maintenance schedules, work orders and service records. Service can be tracked by hours, miles or calendar. Hour and mile readings show how much service is left; calendar schedules follow their dates. QR labels open the right machine's record for a signed-in teammate using a phone's browser.
Work orders hold tasks, notes, labor and a photo. Shop adds parts inventory, manual indexing and search, unlimited active maintenance schedules and editable work-order history beyond 90 days.
The Free plan supports up to 250 machines, 10 active teammates and 10 active maintenance schedules, with 90 days of editable work-order history. Older closed work orders remain visible and exportable. No card is required. Shop costs $49/month or $490/year per workspace. FleetTend is built and used by its founder in a real equipment shop.
