The feature that impressed me the most is not some usefulness or functionality but the simple fact of how peaceful and pleasant our day-to-day work became post changing the system. Instead of spending the morning’s first hour for checking stock discrepancies or following up with staff, we now have an accurate start position at the start of each day. It has became a lot easy to plan purchases as the purchase orders, inventory updates and sales activities are now linked. We did not change how we work according to the system required the system changed according to how we work.

We moved away from Square because we were in dire need of control for stock variants and purchase orders. Thanks to the reporting suite, we can see our margins and who has been working without needing additional spreadsheets. It helped simplify our recurring supplier deliveries after we got use to the interface.

This change was much less bumpy than I anticipated in regards to our product catalog and customer history, we came over from Litespeed in January. With our two-Branch real-time inventory tracking, all of our guesswork has been eliminated! The checkout process was very intuitive, only taking our staff one afternoon to learn because it is not cluttered with a bunch of unnecessary menus.
