Buchungsstapel turns an online shop's monthly order export into a finished DATEV booking batch (EXTF) for the tax advisor — VAT by rate and destination country, OSS revenue accounts with country code, refunds and partial refunds, SKR03 or SKR04. Built for German tax firms (Steuerberater) with e-commerce clients and for small online retailers in Germany.
How it works: the merchant exports the month as a CSV from the shop admin (the file the shop already provides), uploads it, checks the preview with warnings, and downloads the EXTF file — or the tax firm sends the client an upload link and the file arrives by email. Nobody needs access to the shop admin, no plugin is installed, and order data is processed only for the conversion, not stored.
Supported today: Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix and Shopware 6 — the platform is detected from the file. Tax firms manage all clients in one account with a monthly overview (which client has exported which month). Also available: a free WooCommerce export plugin and importers for eBay, Etsy and Kaufland marketplace reports.
