Kenro Dealership is software for pre-owned car showrooms. It follows every car from the first lead about buying it to the RC landing in the customer's hand. That covers procurement with the owner's approval, purchase paperwork, pickup, inspection with photos, refurbishment jobs assigned to vendors, stock stages and ageing, photos and listing, enquiries, bookings, loans, insurance, RTO transfer and delivery.
Staff work from an Android app carrying the dealer's own name and icon. Each person sees only their branch and the modules their role needs, across 16 roles. The owner works from a web console with one approvals queue for purchases, bookings, test drives and edit requests. The console also has reports on the sales funnel, salesperson leaderboard, stock ageing and expiring insurance, plus an audit trail of who changed what. Test drives need a gate pass, and a new phone cannot log in until an admin approves it. Loan files, insurance and RTO cases each have their own stages and alerts.
Each dealership runs on its own separate installation and database. Kenro installs it, sets up branches, staff and car masters, moves existing records in and trains the team. Hosting, updates and support are included, and records can be exported as CSV. Pricing is quoted after a demo and is never per user. Kenro Dealership is running in production at a Delhi showroom. It is made by TUD Innovations (OPC) Private Limited, New Delhi, India.
