Tourial has been very useful for customer training and new feature rollout
Good customer success managament. The resulting tours are very user friendly and engaging. Once past the initial learning curve, it is easy to build and integrate tours. Putting together tour players has been a highlight.

The tool is very intuitive and easy to use. Tourial constantly takes in customer feedback and researches the market to enhance their services/options/tool - there is something new all the time. The customer support is excellent - the team is very responsive and helpful, and they keep you updated on any new features. It's been a very positive partnership.
