Navless is a B2B buyer experience platform that helps companies get discovered in AI search results and guide website visitors to relevant solutions. It addresses two challenges that B2B marketing teams face as buyer behavior shifts toward AI-assisted research: appearing in LLM-generated recommendations (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) and replacing static website navigation with personalized, conversational buyer journeys. Navless consists of two products: Signal monitors questions in LLM&#39;s, identifies gaps where your brand should be mentioned, then generates new on-brand content to fill the gaps and increase your company&#39;s visibility in AI search responses. Every new piece of content you publish from Signal is automatically structured with metadata, schema markup, JSON-LD, robots.txt, and llms.txt files so that AI search engines and large language models can accurately understand and reference your brand in their responses. Guide is an intelligent overlay that sits on top of a company&#39;s existing website. When a visitor arrives, Guide asks discovery questions, identifies the visitor&#39;s use case, and assembles a personalized solution path from your company&#39;s existing marketing and sales materials — functioning as an AI-powered solutions consultant rather than a traditional chatbot or form-based lead capture tool. Both products deploy through a single embed code with no CMS migration, website redesign, or team retraining required. Setup typically takes one day. Navless is designed for B2B companies with complex products or services that involve multiple buyer personas, verticals, or use cases — situations where a static menu-based website struggles to connect each visitor to the right information. I love that Tourial goes beyond just providing a video to watch but an interactive experience that users can engage with so they can get hands-on with the product.

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

I'd love to see Tourial be able to modify actual product videos with tourial so the experience feels more blended and less clunky when moving from screenshot to video.

**What problems is Navless solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tourial enables us to allow our customers to get hands on before our implementation team is done building their experience. This way, customers come in with hands on experience and educated questions.

**What do you like best about Navless?**

I like the ability to make images appear as if they are an interactive web page. I really find the spotlight and hover over features to be the most helpful and impactful.

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

The UI has been updated and improved over time. However, there are still some glitches and bug fixes that should be addressed. The screenshot functionality (i.e. the Chrome plug-in) still does not work properly and can sometimes crop an image. It also does not always save images properly.

**What problems is Navless solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to provide a quick and easy demo version of our products without having to create a full video or schedule a live demo. It saves time and effort and also emphasizes the key features of our products.

**What do you like best about Navless?**

The team and support are second to none - always very responsive, accommodating to our unique challenges, they take feedback well, and are helpful when we run into challenges. The tool is fairly intuitive and supports most basic things you would want in a product tour solution. There's a lot of flexibility and ways to get creative in the tool; we're excited to be a Tourial partner and are excited to see where it evolves!

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

There are a few things we wish we could do with the tool, that we can't. For example, our specific product leverages some 'drag-and-drop' functionality that is not easy to showcase in an interactive way through the tool today. We'd love the option for users to physically click something and drag it to mirror how our product actually works, and the ease of it. We've also run into some challenges creating mobile tours, where we would expect to just be able to clone and resize for mobile, but instead, we've had to rebuild. While we don't have a mobile version of our product, like most businesses, most of our web traffic comes from mobile users, so we need to have an optimized mobile experience, and we've struggled a bit on that.

We wanted to find an easy way for web visitors and prospects to take a self-guided tour / demo of our product; to understand some of the key value and benefits we bring to customers, without the commitment of talking to a sales rep or filling out a demo request form.

Tourial is an excellent product for anyone looking to create interactive product tours or demos. The app is easy to use and has a clean, intuitive interface. The tour creation process is straightforward, and there are plenty of customisation options to make your tour unique.

Tourial also has robust analytics that allows you to track the performance of your tours.

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

I've had mixed experiences with customer success reps and would like a more consistent approach across the board. This gives the brand a bit of a 'startup' feel, rather than a slick operation.

Tourial gives us a really dynamic way to show software products on the web. We have a slightly unusual use case of using it for application software that runs on hardware. Easy to read analytics as well. Super easy to use compared to competitiors.

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

Experience is not as dynamic as some competitors' solutions (realistic experience of using the software). Mobile tours are hard to create for our products. No integration with Eloqua, our main lead tracking software.

**What problems is Navless solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tourial lets us show our customers the main features and benefits of the application software without having to own an expensive piece of hardware or set up a demo with sales.

**What do you like best about Navless?**

The ability to customize embedding of tours anywhere on our site through button click + modal takeover. The ability to integrate Hubspot form submissions in the middle and end of a tour.

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

I don't have experience building tours, so I can't speak to that. I work on the integration side, which is pretty flexible in my experience. We ran into some snags, but their customer success team was very responsive in finding a solution that worked for us.

We don't have an easily accessible demo environment (our solution isn't SaaS) so the ability to give someone a proper look at the environment is important to us.

The learning curve isn't steep and you can jump right in and start making product tours with little to no training. The company itself is receptive to customer feedback and is agile in implementing new features and functionality to the product.

Mobile experience isn't great, but it is getting better. Like I said, if they identify an area of their product they want to improve they move on it quickly.

They provide potential leads the ability to get their hands on the product. Pretty straightforward, if you believe that your product will help solve problems for customers, them getting the chance to test drive it helps convert more leads.

**What do you like best about Navless?**

The flexibility and level of control. Tourial's approach is different from competitors in that it's built using images and videos, giving marketing and sales teams more control. You can represent your product in the best way. Plus, products don't have to be engineering complete before building tours.

When first using it the builder was al little clunky but they've made massive improvements on UX and UI in the past year so that's not really an issue any more.

Offering a lower barrier of entry to experience the product and see key features called out. Click-through rates from Tourial tours to scheduling a demo were solid.

Ease of use, there was no requirement for a dedicated enablement session. The product was intuitive and easy enough; everyone started using it immediately.

One place they could improve is the breadth of features they have. Feel they should expand themselves to clickable demos, pre-recorded demos, and personalized demo and try to own the product walk-through space completely

I would like more options to customize the tool - but it is pretty awesome withouth these options.

We've been able to use Tourial for many things outside of basic demos. We create more interactive content with it. They're adding new features regularly to expand its capabilities.

It's very expensive compared to other tools I'd consider similar.

It's providing a way to create interactive content without the help of an HTML developer. It can increase time on site and user engagment -- users who learn more from doing instead of watching have a chance to interact with our technology.

Tourial is a great way to allow prospects on your website to tour a product and feature by simply uploading screenshots and adding buttons and notes on what the user sees. It's not overly complicated, and very easy to create and use.

The mobile version is also good, but perhaps not as great as the desktop experience, formatting your screenshots could be made easier, but overall it works very well.

It shows prospects what our interface looks like, how to navigate it, and what it offers all before even setting up time with the prospect. I see this as very beneficial to both our internal team on intro calls, and the potential user.

Tourial is really simple to use once you get the hang of it! I also really appreciate how brand guidelines can be built into the backend and set as a default. This ensures that end products always look cohesive, even if multiple people or teams build a Tourial. No coding skills are necessary, either!

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

It can be time-consuming to build Tourials. I also have noticed that there is no auto-save option which causes user error and some work to be lost on occasion!

It is a great tool to simulate user experience in a system without giving them access to the real thing. It's a creative and innovative way to get prospects involved and interested.

Like any piece of software, it has setbacks, but the team has continuously worked on improvements which is great. I ran into trouble when trying to copy slides to a new tour, but this may have been resolved with the new editor. It has been a few months since I last worked in the system.

Tourial has allowed us to give our users this experience before they begin speaking with a member on our team. This gives them a view into our product, allowing them to "use" it and create more excitement and expedite our sales cycle.

The product is still growing every day, and we appreciate how their product team receives feedback and turns it into additional features. Some additional attribution features will be great as the product expands.

Tourial has been a handy tool that we've used both for internal training and throughout the external sales cycle to communicate the best parts of our solutions to prospects and generate excitement. It's easy to update Tourials when features or UI's change and there are also capabilties to track usage and engagement.

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

It didn't take long to get up and running building Tourials, but there are a few nuances in the interface that the team had to pick up. It'd also be nice to see some more insights around engagement. All in all, our account team has been fantastic in answering our questions and supporting us.

We're using Tourial to solve for internal sales training and external sales demonstrations. Benefits we've realized include saving resources by have a scalable solution for both of our use cases that can quickly be updated.

**What do you like best about Navless?**

We use Tourial to provide buyers with a peek at our platform/products before they hit the "request a demo" button.

In addition to pointing out features and demonstrating workflows, Tourials are a great way to craft focused narratives that demonstrate how a product addresses the specific pain points of a buyer. (e.g. "[Pain point] is a common challenge for [ICP]. Let's walk through how [product feature] solves this problem.") 

Creating tours is pretty easy, and you can learn to do some really cool things with it. I love that you can use screen recordings to automate some portions of the tour.

Beyond the app itself, the Tourial team is really wonderful and goes the extra mile to make sure you're getting the most out of their product. Their growing knowledgebase has helped me out on more than one occasion.

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

Tourial's design tools can feel a bit clunky and overly manual at times, especially if you're used to using design apps like Canva. Although creating a basic tour is pretty easy, it can be a bit tedious and time-consuming to create a more complex, flashy tour.

**Recommendations to others considering Navless:**

I strongly recommend taking a "content-first" approach to creating tours. It will save you time! Tourial has a storyboard method, though I prefer to map out everything in outline form in a document. Write out your tooltip copy, make notes about how you'll handle page/view transitions, take all your screenshots in one big batch to ensure continuity. Once you have all of your tour components ready to go, it's much easier to just drop everything into Tourial all at once and connect the dots based on your storyboard/outline.

**What problems is Navless solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because the tours are guided, prospective customers can explore the core functionality of our products without getting lost or going down a rabbit hole. It gives them just the right amount of information to make a decision about whether to proceed with a sales conversation.

The ability to make static screenshots appear interactive to the user. The application is very engaging to users and offers an alternative to videos, which can be boring at times.

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

No real dislikes, just some suggestions for future features like the ability to make comments directly in the Tourial app for others to see.  Also, the ability for multiple users to be in the application at the same time.

**Recommendations to others considering Navless:**

Make sure to take the time to create a storyboard before beginning the project.  While we did this, it would have been more helpful if we built it out completely and adjusted it prior to beginning working in the application.

Providing users the ability to engage with the product as if they were actually in the product.  Many users want to test out a product, but Tourial provides a great alternative for a user to experience the product without having to have a live demonstration.

**What do you like best about Navless?**

Tourial is fantastic for making product tours. We currently share product tours on our website and as part of our overall buyer's journey, and buyers appreciate being able to see parts of our platform pre-sale. The software is easy to use and is updated frequently, but most importantly, the Tourial team is awesome. They're always happy to provide new ideas and share best practices that other customers have uncovered in their own usage.

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

As with any software from a growing company, there are always kinks with the software itself. However, the way the Tourial team handles these infrequent issues with updates and regular communication from their team more than makes up for it. I've yet to encounter an issue that resulted in downtime or unexpected experiences for our buyers.

**Recommendations to others considering Navless:**

Using Tourial effectively does take a small bit of time, both in terms of learning the software and in terms of deciding how best to leverage it.

The software space we're in is really crowded, and an easy way to stick out from the crowd is to provide product tours to our buyers that let them interact with our platform. We use Tourial to give buyers a "taste" of our platform in a more controlled, guided way. Providing pilots or sandboxes can be difficult since it requires a level of onboarding/customer mgmt. Leveraging Tourials instead allows us to still provide buyers with a look at the platform without worrying that they may get lost or misues features.

I have been impressed by how easy the tool is to use and how seamless it works for our customers. It has the familiarity of a presentation tool with 10x the features. We saw a dramatic increase in engagement from our customers after deploying on our website

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

We are a victim of our own success! We started on one of their lower-tier plans where we created a handful of demos. Because of the success, we creating more tailored demos to specific audiences and need to move to their unlimited plan. This will stretch our budget while we are developing content, but I'm sure we will have the ROI after a year.

**What problems is Navless solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are showing (and explaining) our product with tourial on landing pages and our website. It is part of our pre-sales motion for prospective customers. We have seen increased engagement on our website with this tool and our sales prospects are more qualified  / need less education to succeed.

**What do you like best about Navless?**

Tourial is easy to use. The backend of the platform is intuitive and has a lot of functionality to bring your self-guided product tours to life, like zoom, pan, highlight and much more. The analytics and recent Hubspot integration makes it easily to run campaigns against those users who have visited your Tours.

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

It's a new product so some functionality is missing at the moment, but already on their roadmap (like pop-up form). I like that they take feedback from the customers and instantly add that to their plan.

**Recommendations to others considering Navless:**

If you need a tool that solves the need of providing prospects a "taste" of your product before buying then look towards Tourial.

**What problems is Navless solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking to showcase our product visually and allow users to tour our product as a "step before" requesting a demo. In today's age, this is almost a must.

**What do you like best about Navless?**

Screenshot based method for creating tours is easy to use and doesn't require expensive or difficult integrations to outside wire framing tools/products which makes implementation a breeze

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

There are some scaling issues with images of certain size, that don't easily translate to screens of varying sizes or browsers of varying sizes. This wasn't a big issue for us but something minor I noticed

Attend the free and included Tourial training, its very good and the team is very helpful in adapting the tool to your use cases

**What problems is Navless solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In situations where we need to rely on external product champions to share our story with other stake holders this provides simple methods for them to explain product value remotely without our help

I love how easy Tourial is to use. The drag and drop interface makes creating tours fast and simple.

I've run into a few bugs, but the team is quick to respond to issues and always willing to troubleshoot.

We use tourial to self-qualify prospects. Since implementing the tour on our homepage we've seen an increase in demo requests.

**What do you like best about Navless?**

Tourial makes it very easy for a prospect to "choose their own adventure" when they're exploring your product. It's valuable to give a person the ability to dig in on particular features or quickly get to a form to indicate they're ready to talk to sales.

The team at Tourial is also very supportive when it comes to helping design and build out your tours.

Some of the features Tourial offers aren't very intuitive to use.
