Navless is a B2B buyer experience platform that helps companies get discovered in AI search results and guide website visitors to relevant solutions. It addresses two challenges that B2B marketing teams face as buyer behavior shifts toward AI-assisted research: appearing in LLM-generated recommendations (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) and replacing static website navigation with personalized, conversational buyer journeys. Navless consists of two products: Signal monitors questions in LLM&#39;s, identifies gaps where your brand should be mentioned, then generates new on-brand content to fill the gaps and increase your company&#39;s visibility in AI search responses. Every new piece of content you publish from Signal is automatically structured with metadata, schema markup, JSON-LD, robots.txt, and llms.txt files so that AI search engines and large language models can accurately understand and reference your brand in their responses. Guide is an intelligent overlay that sits on top of a company&#39;s existing website. When a visitor arrives, Guide asks discovery questions, identifies the visitor&#39;s use case, and assembles a personalized solution path from your company&#39;s existing marketing and sales materials — functioning as an AI-powered solutions consultant rather than a traditional chatbot or form-based lead capture tool. Both products deploy through a single embed code with no CMS migration, website redesign, or team retraining required. Setup typically takes one day. Navless is designed for B2B companies with complex products or services that involve multiple buyer personas, verticals, or use cases — situations where a static menu-based website struggles to connect each visitor to the right information. **What do you like best about Navless?**

Ease of use and customizability of Tourial are two of my favorite aspects of the tool. I had a great experience onboarding - both experiencing the tool through trainings via interactive product tours and videos, and through hands-on support, strategic guidance, and collaboration with my account team.

Building tours themselves is a seamless experience, especially when using a browser extension to capture image or video content. And, at the admin level, I'm able to easily apply branding to the tours at the admin level to ensure consistency across all tours, regardless of who is building them.

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

No downsides to using Tourial in my opinion. As different needs or requests arise, the team is very open to feedback and I've already seen them implement certain requests into their roadmap and delivery.

**What problems is Navless solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product tours via Tourial allow us to provide a snapshot of our solutions, either through a specific persona or to highlight our product vision in an interactive way. This allows for higher-level teaser content that can help pique interest and drive lead gen.

**What do you like best about Navless?**

The platform is very simple to use. We were able to get up and running quickly and are able to train additional team members easily. We were at a point where we needed to be able to showcase our product, but didn't have the budget or time to wait for outsourcing videos. Tourial solved our problem and we had product tours live within a couple weeks. Updating existing tours is simple and the analytics provided are just what we need to see - inside Tourial itself and in Marketo. As an aside, our CSM has also been incredible to work with and is available to help whenever we need him.

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

So far, no downsides. Any feature that would be a "nice to have" since we started using it was already a part of their roadmap and has gone live quickly!

**What problems is Navless solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved our need to showcase our product, features, and functionality in a consumable, user-friendly way. Before, we needed someone to be in an active sales cycle or join a product webinar to see what we could do, but with Tourial customers and prospects can see new features easily and at their own convenience.

Anything I've discovered as a disappointment with Tourial is typically on their development list. I've never run into an issue that the Tourial team wasn't able to quickly resolve. Always excited to see new features released from Tourial.

Tourial tackles two key challenges: complex product explanations and inefficient lead nurturing. By enabling our team to create interactive product tours, prospects can self-educate, shortening sales cycles and boosting engagement. **What do you like best about Navless?**

Tourial was easy to set-up and easy to use. Their post-sales support team is top notch and very knowledgeable. Because it's so easy to start making demos, their CSM team focuses on helping us up-level our demos. They share best practices, tips and tricks, and help us optimize to constantly improve results. We also have integrated with Marketo to track leads, and that process was easy and quick to set-up.

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

It's hard to find anything I dislike about Tourial. My best recommendation is to make sure you have Tourial prioritized as a project for your team or department, and the resources needed to make a few Tourials right after the contract to start seeing value right away.

**What problems is Navless solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled for years to show how easy to use our platform is. We either had to use in-app solutions, create expensive videos, or rely on screenshots which don't show how all the features work together into a workflow. Tourial has helped us show prospects how our platform works and how sellers might use it in their day to day. They've also helped us show existing customers new features/ products in the platform that they may not have purchased yet.

Compared to other products on the market, Tourial is incredibly easy to use. We were able to create our first tour quite quickly, and the team at Tourial was extremely helpful if any questions arose. The ability to add brand guidelines makes it easy for all members of our team to create tours with less collaboration.

There are a few quirks when embedding a tour with our CMS, but with light dev help we were able to resolve these issues quickly.

**What do you like best about Navless?**

Once you quickly familarize yourself with the Tourial platform, it's super easy-to-use and a lot more flexibile with creativity (fonts, logos, color schemes, etc.) than some of the other tools I've used. As far as customer service - the Tourial team (and specifically Cole Oslund, our dedicated account rep) always have a genuine desire to help where needed and elevate our current tour building strategies.

There's not a lot to dislike about Tourial - like with any new tool you're getting a grasp for, there's always a small learning curve.

Tourial has given our marketing team the ability to uniquely showcase our product to interested prospects and current customers.

The product is very easy to use and straightforward. What is great is the different links you can make for  1 Tour and track it across various reps and channels. We can see which reps are sending the most and how it ties to them being top converting performers. 

Tourial helps paint the picture of what your product actually does which makes it so much easier for people to see and commit to a demo that converts at a much higher rate.

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

Just remember if you update and change the url the previous one is no longer valid. Made that mistake my first time but it was a quick fix! Like I said, very easy to use and set up. My new hires are hooked on using it to explain what we do.

**What problems is Navless solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a whole new way to visually paint the picture (or video) of what you do. Our outbound increased by 21% in the first quarter of using it.

**What do you like best about Navless?**

Good customer success managament. The resulting tours are very user friendly and engaging. Once past the initial learning curve, it is easy to build and integrate tours. Putting together tour players has been a highlight.

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

The initial learning curve of the product is a bit difficult. Customer success helped me learn faster, so setting up with the team there was very useful. It can be a bit difficult to explain what I'm doing to others and the initial build process is not very intuitive. However, once I was more comfortable in the system, I found it easy to build and share tours.

**What problems is Navless solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tourial is helping me create training tours and explain features to clients. Because our product has a lot of smaller features that our users may not know about, it can be difficult to explain without demonstration. Tourials have replaced the role of videos that had low customer engagement and have made explaining complicated menus extremely easy.

**What do you like best about Navless?**

Tourial makes demoing software a piece of cake with its easy setup and user-friendly interface. We already have multiple team members trained and using Tourial, which is allowing us to generate tours for almost every feature of TaskRay. The Google Chrome extension is a nice addition, letting you jump into auto screen capture right from your browser. For businesses looking to spice up their software demos and make it an interactive experience for potential customers, Tourial is the way to go!

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

I don't have many dislikes. This is more of a skill-building issue, but when using Tourial, you need to put your video editing/creative cap in order to create really engaging Tours. Thinking about concise messaging and fewer steps is the key to creating a Tour that isn't boring for prospects.

**What problems is Navless solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing us to give prospects exposure to the product without fulling engaging in conversations with our team. Yes, we want to book those meetings, but we are working on educating buyers and building trust before having those deeper conversations.

**What do you like best about Navless?**

The support from the Toruail team is phenomenal.  Sarah and Megan have been so helpful and continue to help me whenever needed! The capabilities and tools available to showcase my product are exactly what any SaaS company needs to show off its product. The best part, Tourial is always updating their platform and making it better, providing training and webinars on the new features and even taking the time to 1:1 to show me how my company can benefit from the new additions! 

Even when I suggest a feature, they truly take it into consideration and work on making the necessary upgrades so all Tourial users can benefit!

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

I'd like to see more options for video, but this is something that the team and I have discussed and that I know they are working on launching and improving within the platform before the end of the year.

It's giving our prospects the ability to step into the platform without having to login or signup for a free trial. Putting them into the driver's seat gives them a better feel for what we're capable of and allows our sales team to engage with someone who is truly ready to buy!

**What do you like best about Navless?**

I love Tourial, because it provides a transparent way for prospects that are too scared to request a demo to see wow moments of my product and then actually become bold enough to talk to sales! There is a large amount of revenue that I can attribute directly towards adding the Tourial to our website! 
It also helps with cold outreach, marketing campaigns, and follow-up emails. One of my favorite parts is that it makes it easy to show prospects how my product integrates with other products that I don't normally have access too! We even use Tourial on our Support Site to teach users how to use certain features!

It has been a huge part of our growth and a tool that we use in all departments!

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

There is nothing about Tourial that I dislike. It is easy to use, excellent customer support and is reasonably priced.

**What problems is Navless solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Tourial to differentiate my product from my competitors at the get-go. My prospects see the difference before they have to talk to a rep, and that is a game-changer!
I also use Tourial to create personalized collateral to aid in marketing, sales, and customer success. I also use Tourial to showcase integrations and that has been a huge help when my sales reps don't often have access to other companies products to show integrations live!

Everything is easy to do. Within the space of a few minutes I can:

- Capture new screenshots and videos
- Pull them all together into a product tour
- Add interactive elements / annotations
- Create custom share links
- Track who opens the tour and how they've interacted with it

We've used Tourial throughout various stages of the customer journey:

- Placing mini tours on our website to give prospects a preview of our product
- Sending tours to prospects after live demos, so they can show their colleagues & get internal buy-in
- Sending tours to prospects who haven't engaged for a while (as a reminder of the value they get from Ruler Analytics)
- Sending tours during our onboarding process to remind new customers where to find various reports
- Sending tours to existing customers to ensure they're getting the most out of our product

We're looking forward to implementing their new Demo Centers feature too - this looks game-changing!

Tourial has made a lot of product and UI updates that have solved some of the things I didn't like before, but there are definetly so many things they could do by incorpirating AI into the product to help with translations, voice overs, or recommendations when building a tour. Templates for tours would also be really cool.

Tourial solves a great problem for marketing teams. It allows buyers to educate themselves on a tool before deciding whether it might be a good fit, helping drive more qualified and educated leads for sales. The tool is very intuitive and easy to use. Tourial constantly takes in customer feedback and researches the market to enhance their services/options/tool - there is something new all the time. The customer support is excellent - the team is very responsive and helpful, and they keep you updated on any new features. It's been a very positive partnership.

They are still improving the mobile experience, which is a bit limited - but honestly the tool makes more sense on a desktop anyway.

Ideally, we want prospects to request a demo so we can show them the power of our platform. Tourial provides a nice overview of our platform in an easy-to-use and interactive environment so prospects can get an idea and hopefully reach out to learn more. We also like that we can create different/more personalized tours for different audiences or industries.

Allowing buyers to try our product directly from our website has been a huge lift with tourial (https://www.tourial.com/). We sell to sales and marketing teams and they try lots of tools, fast. Because we don't have the ideal self-serve motion yet, we're able to deploy product interaction and user education at scale.

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

At first, there could've been more branding and customization to work with so it feels like your own product in the users' hands, but now this has been built out quite a lot. Product is easy to use and deploy.

Extremely intuitve to learn and build custom "Tours" quickly
Customer success is proative and extremely responsive
The fact that it is interactive.  I recently created an interactive Tour on the AE use case for our Conversations module for our internal enabement training. Goal is that this format will make our messaging sticker with reps.

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

Wish we could add hyperlinks within Tours..."click here to learn more" was our use case.

Trying to freshen up our internal enablement by making the content more interesting and interactive.
Our teams of Sales Engineers plans to build a library of Tourials to more clearly communicate product "how to" to prospects.  Helps when you need to be really specific and show clicks paths

**What do you like best about Navless?**

We've been using Tourial for a little over a year now and have completely loved the journey. We've seen several product improvements, and any questions that we have are answered promptly and they are always reaching to help as they release new features. We initially purchased Tourial for lead gen and it's worked wonders in that category. We've also created several Tourials for use in outreach emails and texting for our free trial customers. With all that being said Tourial is a staple, it is easy to get going and we use it and count on it on a daily basis.

We use and have been through many apps and this is the best. Can't think of a single downside of making this purchase.

We were having little to no traction with videos showing off our product on our website. Creating tourials is faster and is more engaging than the videos that we were pumping out.

- Nothing comes to mind right now, it's been helpful and Sales loves it. Maybe more integrations / better integration with Slack.

**What do you like best about Navless?**

I love how elegant Tourial is visually--it's sleek and user-friendly and easy for teams across our business to operate. We created a "Product Tour Council" to build content not only for Sales & Marketing assets, but also L&E, Training, Onboarding, and more. Our team loves how easy it is to build tours with static images and videos for product elements that have "wow" factor when moving, and Tourial's new Demo Centers offer a great way to build "galleries" of tours when you need to tell a broader story. Their commitment to customer success and innovation are phenonmenal--they are clear communicators, and their dedicated success team members truly go above and beyond to ensure we're successful with the product. They pay attention to the little details and since we've started using them, we've increased market awareness for our solution. We launched a new product with Tourial's Demo Center and wired up custom Chili Piper links with their native integration to flow leads to the appropriate Account Manager for seamless commercial conversations and amazing client experience. It doesn't get better than that, and we love the analytics we receive and use them to evolve how we craft our tours. This is an essential tool in our demand gen toolkit, and the founders have built an awesome organization with their teams.

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

I'd love the Product Galleries to allow a larger view of the main tour that's happening and/or functionality where someone could expand the view to be larger. I believe it's on its way, but having embed code for galleries would also be amazing. Continuing to push on mobile options would be great too!

Tourial helps us craft powerful, PLG-style interactive tours of our product to give clients and prospects a hands-on experience of our solution in a sleek, intuitive format.

**What do you like best about Navless?**

If you have a great SaaS product, and want to give buyers a way to experience "aha" moments that make them request a demo, Tourial is the way. Better and more cost effective than other means such as videos.

Pros: 
- REVENUE. Bottom line, we have a number of deals attributable to Tourial conversions. Last month we had two deals close from Tourial, and several more influenced by users being able to "try" Winmo before requesting a meeting with our sales team. 
- EASE OF USE Does not require advanced technical expertise (e.g. does not get stuck on our dev team's long to do list). Very easy to create and embed.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE. I joke that Cole at Tourial was like another member of our marketing team. I cannot stress how much of a difference this makes compared to other software vendors we've worked with. They are in it to win it with you.

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

My only issue so far is sometimes tours not being as user-friendly on mobile devices, however the Tourial team has always addressed these concerns and provided solutions.

Allowing users to engage with our product BEFORE filling out a form (aka getting them into our marketing and sales funnel). Educating customers about premium features, as well.

I originally found Tourial for use in our sales demos and have found the capabilities to reach far and wide across the team. Functionally complete for our use case, able to package Tourials together in the Tour Player to improve prospect experience, and has integrations with the marketing platform we use. We have gone into demos with prospects who review our Tourials and it leads to a much better conversation. Additionally, the forms component captures interest at critical times in the prospect's journey and has captured leads we wouldn't have connected with otherwise.

Dislikes are a few small specifics that aren't really functional problems, but more nuances of how the platform currently flows that take some getting used to - the great thing here is Tourial takes detailed feedback and makes changes. For instance, the order in which images and video are uploaded into the Tour Editor requires some forethought as managing them from inside the editor can be tedious if sequenced incorrectly.

2. The tool is intuitive and easy to pick up. It's not as flashy as other tools out there, but the learning curve is super short.

Tourial makes it possible to create and share product tours that we would not have been able to make on our own. Tourial makes it (relatively) easy for a non-video editor or someone without product experience to create a tour that can be a really engaging sales tool.

**What do you dislike about Navless?**

Some of the minor issues/bugs that we've experienced with the product interrupts workflow and can be frustrating. One example is the extension sometimes works and takes the correct screenshot and other times the screenshots do not include the full page of our product screen. I have no explanation on when or why this happens. 

The most frustrating things though are that when you take a screenshot or a video with the extension it does not always upload to my tour in Tourial. I always have to open a new tour when I add a new screenshot and then I have multiple tabs with draft tours that don't always save. The other biggest issue I have is that we cannot "replace" screenshot images. Let's say we have a small cosmetic update to our product or one screenshot needs to be updated. I cannot simply replace this screenshot, instead I have to re-create all the text on the screen and re-direct the tour flow.

We do not have time or resources to give high level product demos to all prospects who are interested in one. This allows us to provide some information on our product without meeting with anyone in our organization.
