EVT3D is browser-based 3D event design software with real-time rendering, built for live events: corporate general sessions, conferences, galas, concerts and exhibits. Event designers, production companies, AV teams and technical directors lay out the show at real-world dimensions inside the real venue — from a catalog of ballrooms and conference rooms, or a venue floor plan traced to scale.
Purpose-built tools cover parametric stage decks, steps and rails in six stage configurations; seating sections that count themselves, with Chair View sightline checks from any seat; LED walls built from real LED panel products with live I-MAG camera feeds; event lighting with live shadows, truss and chain hoists; and drape, cycs, tension fabric and scenic.
The design renders in real time. Capture client-ready stills of any view, or send clients a private link to walk through the design in any browser or VR headset — no account needed. Production gets a Spec Sheet and a 2D floorplan PDF measured off the same model.
