Open Source LibreOffice democratized office productivity for all

LibreOffice is free and open source, without the bondage that Microsoft 365 imposes by online subscriptions, and without the platform specificity of Apple Pages/Numbers/Keynote combo. It is an integrated office productivity suite that just works, especially on decent and modern hardware, whether Mac, Windows or Linux.

LibreOffice is an excellent tool for writing blogs and documents.

LibreOffice is an opensource software so it is easy to download from its website and it is free of cost. I use LibreOffice writer, for writing my blogs and books reviews and this tool helps me a lot in modifying and spelling check. There are various types of fonts available in it right from Liberation Serif to Wan Quan Yi Zen Hei Sharp. Another advantage of using this software is the PDF conversion of the documents as it is easy to convert. There are many helpful tools available in this software to make a document or a spreadsheet with par excellence.
