Effortless Client Communication and Quick Support
I like the ease of use of Textline, I can train people to use it easily. I also appreciate how quickly problems seem to be resolved whenever I need to work with help. The help desk has definitely been there to provide assistance.

Textline: Essential Tool for Customer Messaging and Performance Tracking
I love being able to view the KPI's of each of my team members as well as them as a whole. Personally, I can review who's texting the most, and that typically correlates to my top seller, so I use that as a coaching tool for my other team members. The proof is in the pudding—lots of quality outreach means higher sales numbers, better pay. The initial setup of Textline was great.

Textline is the way of the future. Hard to state just how much this has helped us.
I have noticed that people do not reply to emails like this used to. When using the Textline, I am getting responses back much quicker, which allows us to keep the jobs moving along more efficiently.
