The team that we worked with were clearly very organised and knowledgable, making it easy for us to get going and to trust them. Trust is a big deal because we're asking them to work with our clients directly, so what makes them quick and efficient, also raises concerns around how they'll handle the relationship. But the trust was well placed and they were excellent to work with and our clients even enjoyed the process of talking about their projects with us. They also make it very clear what their product is and therefore, what you can expect at the end of the process.

The process for working with our client to develop the case study was handled really well. The client felt very at ease and their interview was very professionally managed. The final output was really well designed and written, and was far better than any of the case studies we have produced for ourselves internally (although they're not too shabby!).

I really appreciate the quality of the deliverables, no matter the industry our customers are working in. The project management side is also amazing, I feel supported from A to Z.
