Dardaris is an AI property manager for private landlords and small agencies. It handles the daily admin of renting out property: rent invoicing and reminders, bank reconciliation, leases and rent reviews, repair triage and contractor quotes, tenant messages across email, SMS and WhatsApp in the tenant's own language, compliance deadlines, and short-stay turnovers across Airbnb, Booking and direct channels.
Instead of another dashboard, Dardaris does the work and sends the owner one clear daily briefing with only the decisions that need them. Every task can be set to Auto, Notify or Review, and guardrails such as spending caps and quiet hours can only make automation more careful. Anything with a consequence (payments over a cap, formal notices, terminations, deposit deductions) waits for the owner's approval.
Every action is logged with its reasoning and the rule behind it, and region-specific rule packs cover deposit caps, notice periods and indexation. Records are isolated per account and fully exportable. Plans start at 3 units for individual owners and scale to 100+ units for agencies.
