Excellent Support, Smooth Integrations, and a Visually Intuitive UI
The support from Teamtailor is excellent, as is their ability to integrate with other platforms (assessments/LinkedIn etc). From an end user perspective, it is a great UI/UX experience, especially for hiring managers as it looks visually appealing and is easy to use.

I like using Teamtailor for recruitment because the different stages and triggers are really well-designed. The convenience of having triggers in different stages is particularly useful, as it automates things. For instance, you can just move the candidate, and either have automatic triggers or emails sent out, which helps to automate the whole process. I also believe there are many features we haven't utilized yet that could probably be very beneficial.
