My first meeting to discuss Airhouse's offerings was with the company's CEO. You can't beat that service. We transferred our services right when an unprecedented storm hit Texas, and shipping was delayed (obviously). They ended up moving our merchandise to another facility free of charge because they felt we'd get better ship times--and they were right. Previously we used Ship Bob, and it wasn't working for us. At Airhouse we have a dedicated account manager who is available via email and will pick up the phone when you call. When you're shipping time-sensitive products, you need accountability; we found that at Airhouse. Their storage fees are reasonable (if not a little lower than the market rate), and it's been so nice to work with another female-founded company.
