They really understand their user and have honed the use case incredibly well. This results in a easy to use software product. Honestly, it's probably my favourite software I've ever bought.

I have been using SPP for about 4 years (since my last agency). It has been an absolute game changer for my agency and allowed me to create a productized, scalable agency. SPP is the main hub for the client and billing side of my business. It's a pretty straightforward setup and all of my clients love it. We are currently editing 4,000 videos a month for about 60 clients and wouldn't be able even to come close to that if it weren't for SPP. Not only is the software great, the team is even better. They are quick to respond and always very helpful. I strongly recommend SPP if you have an agency.
