Sonnim turns the house manual a host already has — a document, a chat notice, an Airbnb message — into a guest guide page. The host pastes the text; it comes back sorted into cards for check-in, Wi-Fi, door code, house rules and directions, which can be edited, reordered or switched off. Guests open the page through a link or a QR code. No app, no account, no install. The page is shown in the guest's own language: a Korean guide is delivered in English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese; an English guide in Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Simplified Chinese. Guests can ask questions in a chat box. Answers are drawn only from the host's own text; when the guide has no answer, the question is collected for the host instead of being invented. Before publishing, Sonnim checks the guide for contradictions, blanks and ambiguous sentences.
