SMS-Magic has amazing customer service, the team is always happy to help and assist whether there's an issue or I need to create a specific process involving Converse. The team was amazing at integrating the solution into our test org, and then moving into our Production. In terms of usage, we use Converse every day as part of our Customer Journey, and we rarely have any issues, and if we do, they are looked into and fix rapidly. Ashwini Kukarni and Abhishek Govindwar support were just amazing.

The customer support team was terrific about following through on every issue I raised and making sure I was satisfied with the resolution. The program intergrates well with Zoho CRM and was fairly intuitive once things were setup properly.
