We have been using Smarty for validating and standardizing US addresses both within our forms and within our CRM (Salesforce) for over 3 years The standardization helps immensely for detecting duplicate accounts. The API performance is excellent. Support has also been incredibly helpful. Early in development we had an issue in our code that caused the logic to loop through validations generating several thousand API calls. Smarty reviewed their logs and was able to confirm the occurance and credited us for the extra API calls. Documentation is very good. Their occasional webinars have been very helpful as well.
