1. Simple, fast and convenient user experience 2. Brilliant individualistic as well as holistic skills view for the user and the manager (one can compare one's skills performance with others having similar skills in the organization) 3. Superb reporting feature, which helps build a meaningful skills dashboard for the corporate leadership 4. Great value for money; with their pricing, it's a must-have, as it does more good to you than cost you!!!

Good value for money, and helps us skill up our team

We found Skills-Base easy to use, and we like how easy it is for our staff to self-assess. We initially used it for our tech team, but are now rolling it out across the whole business. I'd definitely recommend it.
