Delivery capability that we can trust

Honestly it's the pushback. When a requirement is vague or a timeline isn't realistic they'll say so rather than nodding and delivering something wrong three months later. As a BA that's exactly what you want, a team that engages with the problem rather than just executing instructions. I've also been impressed by how broad the genuine expertise is. D365, mobile, AI, Power BI, these aren't the same people wearing different hats. They have actual specialists in each area and it shows in the output.

They made our Microsoft tools actually work for us

Shaligram fixed the trouble with the Microsoft setup we had and made it simple to use. They sorted our Office 365 and Azure stuff so files, email, and Teams just work now. The AI they built helps pull data from reports and makes it easy to find what we need. The team talks plain and gets things done, which I like.

They Fixed our Tech Headache and made it simple

They actually build things that work for us. the android app they made is easy for clients to use and it fits how we run things. their cloud advice stopped our server headaches and the ai they added does the boring sorting work so my team can focus on real clients. they explain stuff without making it sound like a lecture, which i appreciate.
