I like that Shaligram Infotech develops our rewards platform and handles all ongoing adjustments and upgrades effectively. They have a great general communication style and are always willing to try things out, delivering what we have in mind even with complex briefs. Their timing is right on target for most projects, and they communicate well if there are delays. I appreciate their willingness to come and visit us on-site for regular check-ins and reviews. Their ability to quickly add new reports or make changes to the rewards platform without issues is impressive. When they redesigned our rewards platform a few years ago, they also produced an app from scratch that matched what we envisioned, which was really impressive.

When our server was struggling under live game load the answer wasn't to throw hardware at it — Shaligram found a database locking issue in the code and fixed it properly. Same approach with scoreboard detection — they replaced an API-based solution taking 4–5 seconds per capture with on-device OCR running in milliseconds. The product feels completely different because of our business and their technical decisions like that. Beyond the technical work, they also brought in a ton of development discipline, we always know what's being built, what's next, and what's at risk. For a startup that depends entirely on and engineering team to ship, that transparency matters as much as the code quality.
