It’s been great having a single place to manage our controls and provide evidence for audits. The integrations and automated evidence collection are especially helpful. I have never had a problem with the speed and reliability of the platform. The UI/UX is fairly user friendly, and the layout is visually appealing as well as functional. However, it is difficult to tell at times what will link back to useful information such as criteria or controls. It would be very helpful if the control and criteria labels would link back to that information when an audit is opened to provide evidence.
