It works. The preset mailboxes grab the stuff that applies to everybody really well, so I only see it when I choose to look at that mailbox. That saves me from distractions. I don't get news or updates that aren't urgent from vendors. And the emails I do need to see never get grabbed and put somewhere else. The really clutch piece is that I've created mailboxes specific to me, and they work just as well. Sanebox just works. I 100% get fewer emails, and those that I get, I can address on my terms. Sanbxo saves me literally hundreds of distractions every day and allows me to be intentional in dealing with email while still seeing important stuff right away.
