Easy to Use, Update Reporting Needs Improvement

What I like most about Samsung Knox Suite is its device tagging and profile assignment/unassignment functionality. In our environment, I use tags to identify devices that are being retired instead of deleting them right away. This gives us a clear way to distinguish retired devices, maintain visibility, and avoid accidentally removing assets that may still need to be referenced later. These features have improved our device lifecycle management by making it easier to organize and track devices through different stages. It also provides peace of mind, since devices can be categorized and managed consistently without creating confusion for administrators. Another standout aspect is the simple, intuitive user interface. The platform is easy to navigate even for users with limited technical experience, which reduces the learning curve and speeds up onboarding. Setup is straightforward, and integrating Knox Suite with our device management platform through token-based enrollment has been seamless and reliable. Overall, Samsung Knox Suite helps us manage devices more efficiently, saves administrative time, and delivers a clear, user-friendly experience for ongoing device management.

Centralized Management with Top-Notch Security Features

|Samsung Knox Suite
I like Samsung Knox Suite because it lets us centrally manage and secure all of our pharmacy tablets from a single console. Enrollment and configuration are straightforward, so we can deploy tablets quickly across multiple pharmacy locations while keeping settings and security policies consistent. The remote management tools are especially valuable for our IT team, since they can troubleshoot issues, push updates, and monitor device health without needing to be on-site. I also appreciate the strong security features that help protect sensitive pharmacy and patient information and support compliance with our organizational standards. Overall, Samsung Knox Suite saves us time, reduces administrative overhead, and gives us confidence that our pharmacy tablets remain secure and efficient. The initial setup was very easy as well, which is another plus.

Impeccable Remote Management and Kiosk Mode

|Samsung Knox Suite
What helps me the most in day-to-day operations is the ease of sending commands via push. Being able to clear cache, update apps, close and open an app, all through practical commands, speeds up our processes and provides faster support, which pleases the client. I also like the API for these push commands. Our dev team managed to integrate a functionality that turned hours of manual work into simple automated processes. At the start of operations, we had an issue where the app would display a black screen on the tablet, and with the API integration, we discovered that by pushing a profile, it would return. We created a request every 2 minutes to push a profile to all tablets, ensuring that while we identified and corrected the problem, it didn't affect the client too much at the point of sale. I like the practical management of equipment and the reliable and uncomplicated remote access. The ease of versioning our app, whether in specific debug groups or the general group, ensures smoother support, where we can confidently indicate to the client the cause of the problem, acting quickly to intervene. We can ensure an accurate diagnosis of the client's technological setup and also protect ourselves when a client claims it's our system, but the data doesn't match. We use Kiosk mode to keep our facial recognition app always open, with maximum brightness, and ensure that no one can exit the app. We use Knox Asset Intelligence to monitor Wi-Fi and battery issues, allowing us to act quickly in situations where client operations are affected, and I consider KAI an excellent tool. The initial setup took about 1 month, as we already had around 200 devices spread across Brazil, but after completing the migration, it was super easy to manage all the devices. I would definitely recommend it, I would give it a 10 out of 10.
