Since 2000, Interiware has built SAM ULTIMATE for one business: Swiss permanent and temporary staffing agencies. Full cycle — front office (orders, staff leasing contracts, activity tracking, invoicing, collections) and back office (candidate pool, assignment contracts, scheduling, time entry, payroll, social insurance statements). Swiss compliance is the core. SAM ULTIMATE is in the Swissdec register as "swissdec certified basic", certificate no. 1056.24, product Staff Administration Manager, certified version ELM 5.0, with ELM 5.1, 5.3 and 5.4 declared and self-validated. Collective bargaining rates come from tempdata, applied as at the assignment date. Native integrations: Taritemp SUVA, PostFinance E-Bill, SwissSign qualified electronic signatures, PepperMint accounting. Data is hosted in Switzerland on Google Cloud Platform Zurich, across three data centres. Licensing is per concurrent user, with unlimited declared users. Interface and support in French, German and Italian.
