Rosterfy is a rather versatile program which requires planning upon the initial set up. We did the set up very similarly to an accounting software. Beginning with the Chart of Accounts, you'd want to set up a naming convention for your events so that it can be easily be searched using either the prefix or * wild cards. After that, it worked like a charm. The Rosterfy team is continually improving their software and we managed to fix a few rather large issues we had (the calendar mainly) after a software patch or two. Overall, it is simple enough to get the job done and stable enough to provide you with much needed information such as volunteer hours.
